Botanical Source: Dried body of Buthus martensii Karsch (Buthidae family)
Our scorpions are sourced from standardized artificial breeding bases in Shandong, Henan and Anhui. Fresh scorpions are boiled in clean water or light brine to fix shape, impurities removed and low-temperature air-dried under strict medicinal processing standards.
The finished scorpions are complete with head, pincers, abdomen and tail stinger, around 4–6cm long. Cephalothorax greenish brown with trapezoidal carapace; anterior abdomen dark brown with 5 obvious ridges; posterior abdomen tawny segmented, sharp venom spine at tail tip. Crisp texture, slight unique fishy odor, no mildew, no rot, no broken incomplete bodies, no excessive salt frost, bleaching or sulfur fumigation. Rich in scorpion venom peptides, amino acids, alkaloids and trace minerals, recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia for extinguishing wind, relieving convulsions, unblocking collaterals to ease pain and dissipating toxins lumps.
